White Chocolate Party Mix

We were introduced to this recipe by one of my softball teammates when I was in middle school and ever since we make it all the time! Trust me, it's delicious! I love that it is also the perfect treat for holidays! You can find the holiday of your choice MnM’s and put it in individual baggies with a cute ribbon. A great neighbor gift!

Ingredients

• 5 cups corn chex squares

• 5 cups of cheerios

• 3 cups of pretzels

• 1 cup of MnM’s

• 2 bags white chocolate chips

• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe

• Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

• Take 2 Tbsp vegetable oil and 2 bags of white chocolate chips and melt in the microwave for 1 minute. Take out and stir, microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in between until mixture is smooth. Usually only take about 1 more 30 second interval.

• Pour melted chocolate over the dry ingredients little by little.

• After mixing, pour over wax paper to dry.

• Break apart and serve.

• Enjoy!
