This weekend we went to a little back yard BBQ at my sister and brother -in – law’s house (which happens to be 4 doors down from us)! I wanted to whip up a quick dessert with ingredients I already had in the pantry. So I landed on another one of my “go to’s”, milk chocolate blondies!
Ingredients
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup butter (2 sticks) softened
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 bag (12oz) milk chocolate chips
Recipe
• Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 9×13 baking dish.
• Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer.
• Add in eggs and continue to mix.
• In separate bowl combine flour and baking soda. Slowly add into sugar mixture. Mix until well combined.
• Stir in milk chocolate chips.
• Spread mix into baking dish.
• Bake for 35-40 minutes.
• Enjoy!
